One Year Meditation Group

Sat Nam ~

For the coming year, 2011, I will be offering a one year meditation support group. The intention of this class is to continue the practice learned in the 40 Day Meditation, as well as to feel the support of community during such a transitional time in your life. We will also delve deeper into the studies of the Yamas and Niyamas.

We will meet once a month for practice and study. Each month we will focus on one of the Yamas or Niyamas, providing an opportunity for a more in depth understanding of each. The monthly gatherings will take on a personal element, as the participants will be asked to share their experience of the meditations, as well as their relationship to the Yama or Niyama we will be studying.

When: 6:00-7:30pm once a month | 1st class Thursday, January 13th
(future dates to be confirmed at the first meeting)
Where: 2524 Vine Place, Boulder
Cost: $300/one time payment or $25/month
Commitment: 1 year

Please RSVP, as I would like to speak in person with each of the participants before we begin to meditate on January 1, 2011.

Please note: If you have already completed the 40 Day Meditation with me, you will receive a half hour complimentary session to discuss your meditation practice.

For additional support, email me for an appointment. $100/hour | $50/half hour

What a journey we are all about to take...
